Notably, he won 1st place at the Ice Art World Championship in Fairbanks, AK, in 2014. His talents also led him to compete on Food Network’s “Cake Wars: Christmas Challenge” in 2016, and his team triumphed as the first-place winners on “Best in Ice,” broadcasted on the Travel Channel in 2018.

Since 2015, Parrish has held the position of Lead Artist for “Glow at the Gardens” at the Denver Botanic Gardens, further solidifying his reputation in the art world. Most recently, he was awarded a silver medal at the International Snow Sculpting Championship in Breckenridge, CO, in 2023, underscoring his enduring skill and creativity in the competitive sculpting scene.
